About the role
Devices and Services PXT is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide in-office support to two directors in Bellevue, Washington. This role will initially be based in Seattle (Day 1) and will transition to Bellevue in Q1 2027.
The individual in this role will be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You will be an experienced planner, understand business priorities, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements- increasingly by automating recurring work with AI rather than relying on manual effort.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, and a creative problem solver who actively experiments with AI tools to work smarter. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support- commitment to teamwork is essential. That includes sharing what’s working: the AI workflows, prompts, and shortcuts that make the whole team faster.
This is an great opportunity if you have a passion for technology and an interest in working in our fast paced, customer obsessed organization.
