Joining our team as a Content Analyst place you at the heart of our ambitious project focused on enhancing the integrity and accuracy of Chinese Researcher Profiles within the Web of Science platform. Our team, an extension of the Content Operations division based in Penang, collaborates closely with over 60 dedicated professionals in India, contributing to a global effort to maintain the highest standards of academic data quality. Internally, we work alongside content editors, specialists, Team manager and Senior Manager while externally, our stakeholders include researchers, academic institutions, and publishing entities. With a project of significant scale, our team size is optimized for agility and effectiveness, allowing for a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.
