Job Description
Responsibilities
•
Dedicated responsibility for handling wireless access issues across THE CLIENT estate.
•
Handling network latching issues for wireless access points.
•
Handling issues emerging in OT network devices relating to access, signal strength, dark spots and dropped connections.
•
Access point health monitoring, restart and service restoration.
•
