Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
•
Perform production duties, including: immersion and hand-applied patina, color matching, hand polishing-waxing-buffing according to work instructions, and prepare products, as needed.
•
Produce consistent and high-quality work, on-time and according to department standards.
•
Learn new products and techniques.
•
Meet the output and quality goals.
•
Communicate with department leadership.
•
Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace; contribute to overall department organization.
•
Comply with all Company policies.
•
Support company initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.

WORK SCHEDULE

Over-time and weekend availability, as needed.
Hiring process
PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND CHECK-INS SCHEDULE

Weekly team huddles and bi-annual 1:1s.
•
Annual performance review.
