About the role
If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Agency App Business Manager (Contract).
The Role:
•
Manage the GreatPlanner project and its sub-projects to ensure all business requirements from agency and upstream departments are met
•
Liaise with relevant stakeholders at all project stages to ensure project milestones and expectations by all stakeholders are met
•
Manager overall project in ensuring the quality, cost, risk and compliance and project scheduling requirements are met
•
Develop project plan based on business case or agreed scope for approval
•
Produce and/or maintain documentation needed for project approvals, project planning, tender, functional documents, formal project progress and other project related reports
•
Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
•
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
•
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
•
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
•
Other responsibilities as entailed
The Person:
