SUMMARY
Greets guests upon arrival, escorts them to their table, provides menus to them once seated, and informs guests who their server will be.
Essential Functions:

Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to their table.
•
Manages special seating request of guests according to table availability.
•
Relays messages to servers and other staff as appropriate.

Restocks front of house area.
5.
Interacts with guests; provides outstanding guest service.
6.
Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
7.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and facility.
8.
Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
9.
Performs special projects delegated by management.
10.
Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
