We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work directly with investment banks, wealth managers, and advisory and discretionary portfolio management firms across the Nordics region to implement and configure our web-based client and advisor portal platform.
You will act as the bridge between our clients’ business requirements and our product’s rich configuration capabilities, ensuring that each implementation is aligned with the client’s operating model, delivered to a high standard, and successfully handed over through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live.
Why You Will Love It Here!

Your Wellbeing: Competitive benefits designed to support the wellbeing of our staff

•
Training: Hands-On, Team-Customised throughout your career
What You Will Get To Do:
•
Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Participate in post-sales requirements discussions with client stakeholders, including front-office advisors, portfolio managers, operations, and IT teams. Conduct gap analysis between client business requirements and existing product features, documenting findings in functional specification documents. Clearly articulate how platform capabilities, including advisor portals, investor portals, performance reporting, risk profiling, and client onboarding, map to client workflows.
•
Platform Configuration & Implementation: Configure the application to meet agreed business requirements using front-end configuration tools and back-end SQL-based configuration scripts. Ensure configurations align with clients’ business processes and operating models.
•
Customisation & Project Delivery: Coordinate with the Custom Engineering team to scope, specify, and deliver customisation requirements beyond standard product configuration. Manage and track the delivery of all implementation components within agreed project timelines.
•
Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the internal QA team to validate configurations and customisations against documented requirements before client handover. Lead and support clients throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing issue logs, tracking resolutions, and obtaining formal sign-off.
•
Go-Live, Training & Support: Prepare user manuals, configuration documentation, and training materials. Deliver end-user training sessions, provide transitional post-go-live support, and ensure a smooth handover to the support team.
•
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with client project teams and senior stakeholders across the Nordics. Work closely with internal product, QA, and Custom Engineering teams to resolve issues, manage expectations, and continuously improve delivery quality.
•
Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the internal knowledge base by developing reusable configuration templates, documenting lessons learned, and identifying opportunities to enhance implementation processes and delivery standards.
What You Will Bring:
•
Wealth & Investment Management Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of investment banking and wealth management business models, including advisory and discretionary portfolio management workflows, portfolio performance reporting and attribution, client onboarding, risk profiling and suitability assessments, and investor and advisor portal use cases. Knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, FX, funds (UCITS and non-UCITS), and derivatives. Familiarity with Nordic and EMEA regulatory requirements, including MiFID II suitability and reporting obligations, is advantageous.

•
Technical & Configuration Skills: Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, with the ability to read, write, and modify SQL scripts for back-end configuration using MS SQL Server. This is not a software developer role; SQL scripting is required for configuration purposes only. Familiarity with web application concepts, including IIS-hosted ASP.NET applications and REST API integrations at a functional level. Understanding of IIS deployment and application server environments is advantageous.
•
Documentation & Implementation Capabilities: Proven ability to produce clear and comprehensive functional specifications, configuration notes, UAT test scripts, user manuals, and training documentation.
