Optiver is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to help build the foundations of our global Req-to-Pay (R2P) operating system. 2026 is our foundation year - the year we stabilize day-to-day req-to-pay, get our data clean, and put the building blocks in place for an AI-first procurement function that can scale globally in 2027.
This role is central to two things at once: making sure procurement runs smoothly every day in Amsterdam, and helping shape the AI, automation, and data work that will redefine how Optiver buys. Procurement enables Optiver’s business strategy by making sure stakeholders have what they need, when they need it, always at the right price - and increasingly, with AI doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
As a Procurement Operations Manager, you will own the operational oversight of Amsterdam procurement while playing a meaningful role in a global program co-owned by Procurement and Finance. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, and business teams to stabilize operations, improve data quality, embed AI into our ways of working, and provide data-driven insights that enable better decision-making.
