Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, WordPress capability, AI proficiency, conversion expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on website quality, conversion improvements, project delivery, innovation, AI adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll actively use AI to improve planning, design, content creation, image generation, layout, development, SEO, testing, and continuous optimization.

About the Role
As our AI-First Website Builder, you’ll design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and landing pages across multiple products and brands.
You’ll combine WordPress expertise, conversion optimization, AI-assisted workflows, modern UX principles, SEO best practices, and attention to detail to produce premium digital experiences.
This is an AI-first role.
You’ll be expected to continually explore new AI tools that improve development speed, design quality, SEO performance, content creation, testing, accessibility, and customer experience.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We’re looking for an exceptional website builder who combines technical capability with creativity, customer empathy, and commercial thinking.
You should have:
•
4+ years of professional WordPress website development experience.
•
Strong experience building responsive websites and landing pages.
•
Experience with Elementor, Bricks, GeneratePress, Gutenberg, or similar modern WordPress builders.
•
Strong understanding of UX, UI, accessibility, responsive design, and customer journeys.
•
Experience optimizing websites for SEO and conversion.
•
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
•
Strong organizational skills.
•
Outstanding attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
AI-First Website Development Experience
We’re specifically looking for people who actively use AI throughout website development.
Experience using AI for:
