HRIS Analyst – Core HCM & Talent
Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst will serve as the functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, production support, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Own Workday Core HCM and Talent functional configuration.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure and test business processes, condition rules, validations, and security impacts.
• Lead Workday release testing and regression activities.
• Partner with HR COEs to improve business processes.
• Support integrations and downstream system impacts.
• Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Experience with Workday Talent preferred.
• Knowledge of business process configuration.
• Experience with testing and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

• Workday Pro certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting global Workday implementations.
• Knowledge of EIBs, reporting, calculated fields, and security.
• Experience working within Agile or project delivery environments.
