Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM platforms and Credit Origination/Loan Processing Systems within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver end-to-end digital lending initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
•
Conduct requirement workshops, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
•
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and user stories.
•
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Solution Architects, and Business Users throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Design functional solutions for CRM and Loan Origination/Credit Processing systems.
•
Analyze and optimize lending business processes across the loan lifecycle.
•
Coordinate system integration between CRM, Loan Origination System, Core Banking, and third-party applications.
•
Review APIs, data mappings, interface specifications, and data flows.
•
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-production support.
•
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
•
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
•
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
