THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Lead who can balance team leadership with hands-on sourcing and closing. You’ll lead by example by taking points on critical searches across engineering leadership and strategic G&A.
Responsibilities
As our Lead, you’ll own your own requisitions and help keep the team running efficiently. You’ll serve as a true right-hand partner to TA management, which includes stepping in when needed and actively helping build, train, and scale the recruiting team**.** You’ll support TA leadership with resolving search bottlenecks, refining our day-to-day recruiting process, and maintaining high standards for how we partner with hiring managers across the company.
This position is ideal for an adaptable recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease while maintaining compliance, and enjoys tackling complex searches.
This is a full-time role based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
