About the role
We are looking for a business minded, experienced and driven Service Technician (m/f/d), for a permanent full-time position for Saab Poland in Warsaw.

Your role:
•
End-to-end RF-based systems support
•
Performing preventive on-site maintenance, repairs and system upgrades
•
Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via service portal
•
Installation, inspection, and maintenance of various RF functionalities
•
Conducting first-level assessments of system operational status
•
Root cause analysis, including reviewing and analyzing log files, testing network connectivity, and verifying software functionality
•
1st Level Support: Initial troubleshooting and problem resolution
•
2nd Level Support: Advanced issue analysis in collaboration with remote service experts
•
Close cooperation with development and production specialists at the local site
•
International collaboration with experts from other Saab locations
•
Working closely with System Engineering, Integration & Test and Training teams in Europe
Your profile:
•
