WORK SHIFT
DAY
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Performs various tasks in the repair and/or maintenance of company facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1.
Performs carpenter work in the alteration, repair and maintenance of dry wall, doors, door frames, stairs and other building structures.
2.
Paints walls, doors, cabinets and other building structures.
3.
Performs minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
4.
Performs installation of barriers such as bollards and wall and structural protections.
5.
Provides input regarding building contractors and their services.
6.
Performs other related duties and tasks as required.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
PHYSICAL:
• Lifting – Not to exceed 50 lbs. – local practice may apply

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with six years previous related experience.
