The candidate must be a legal resident in India, has a valid and active license to practice law in India, qualified lawyer with more than 8 years of experience, at least 3 years of substantive experience with Ethics & Compliance programs in a multinational environment.
Strong track record of working on or leading cross-functional teams to address client needs or drive process changes. Can work independently to serve clients and with relatively low direct supervision.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to establish strong work relationships with leadership teams, business and functional leaders in all levels of the organization.
In order to be successful, the E&C Counsel must be flexible and aware of cultural differences, be able to listen to, and display good relationships with, the organizations. In his or her communication, the E&C Counsel needs to be responsive, clear, and concise.
The candidate must be able to go to the headquarter office in Bangalore, India, consistent with the office requirements and should attend leadership, Board and Audit Committee meetings in person.
Ability to travel up to 25% of time as needed.
