👉 You’ve shipped products at a B2B company
👉 You’ve built complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies, and you can balance multiple priorities without losing the plot
👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn’t complete
👉 You’re a strong problem solver, negotiator and influencer — you get alignment without needing authority
👉 You explain complex things clearly to very different audiences: execs, engineers, customers
👉 You ask questions and draw knowledge out of your team to find the right engineering and design solutions
👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn’t complete, and you’re happy taking a big initiative and running with it
👉 Bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce before, or with tools that need to sync data between systems and internal user management systems.
