What will you be doing?
•
Support and complete merchant onboarding by conducting KYC processes within SLA targets.
•
Ensures payment methods are set up for merchants through backend systems.
•
Ensures accurate data entry handling and collection of documentations from merchants.
•
Ensure processes are compliant and consistent with SOPs.
•
Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
•
Coordinate with merchants to conduct verification processes via phone or email.
•
Keep internal trackers and instinctly followup on all pending cases.
Requirements
•
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
•
1-2 years experience in operations, particularly in onboarding and KYC procedures.
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing fast-paced environment.
•
Comfortable in communicating with merchants and provide guidance for verifications.
•
Detailed-oriented, quick learner, with strong execution; able to meet SLA targets.
