As a Logistics and Asset Manager, you’ll bring strategic, operational, and tactical logistic-focused program management and asset management expertise to collaborate and assist in asset visibility and accountability activities in support of real-world operations abroad. You’ll maintain responsibility for managing day-to-day logistics and operations, including reconciliation of government property through inventories, tracking, and maintenance of installation property and government-furnished equipment. You’ll assist clients with balancing resources, requirements, goals, and objectives, and maintain responsibility for administrative duties that support asset visibility operations, including tracking and receiving inventory or property, and documenting and tracking information in the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Decision Support Tool (DST). You’ll continuously explore process improvements in all facets of property administration, and complete other miscellaneous tasks, as required, in support of mission requirements. You’ll also facilitate customer meetings or conference calls, as required, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
