Requirements
PRODUCER
Role Summary
•
Plans, produces and directs KAYALI’s in-house shoots from approved briefs through to finished assets.
•
Produces social, brand, market, e-commerce/PDP and retailer content.
•
Reports to Senior Production Manager and works closely with Creative, the camera team, editors and retouchers.
Responsibilities
•
Turns approved briefs into detailed shoot plans, shot lists, shoot schedules and call sheets.
•
Coordinates with Art Director/Jr. Art Director on approved visual direction.
•
Arranges locations, talent, props, set dressing, styling and hair and makeup as required.
•
Identifies crew, equipment and specialist support needs, coordinating bookings and cost approvals with Senior Production Manager.
•
Briefs contributors and ensures products, samples and production materials are ready.
•
Produces and directs on set, ensuring all required shots, formats and deliverables are captured.
•
Manages shoot-day logistics, timing and troubleshooting.
•
Provides editors and retouchers with clear instructions, selects, references and shoot notes.
•
Reviews finished assets against the approved brief for product accuracy, messaging, storytelling and required versions.
•
Works through consolidated feedback supplied by Senior Production Manager.
•
Coordinates with Mona Producer on shared shoots, with one designated shoot lead.
