About the company
MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald’s, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.
In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk’s operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk’s strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.
About the role
We’re hiring a Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of 5-6 ISRs, coach them into strong closers, and help build this function from the ground up. You’ll be a player-coach: close enough to the work to join calls and unblock deals, and accountable for the team’s pipeline, bookings, and renewals.
What you’ll do
•
Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise ISRs through regular one-on-ones, call reviews, deal coaching, and performance conversations.
•
Build individual development plans that strengthen discovery, business-value messaging, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
•
Reinforce MEDDICC and Command of the Message at a level appropriate to each opportunity’s size and complexity
•
Run consistent pipeline reviews and maintain accurate forecasts
•
Partner with Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve routing, onboarding, handoffs, and expansion execution
•
Align the team with Field Account Executives so outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and event follow-up turn into pipeline
•
Hire, onboard, and ramp new reps; prepare top performers for progression into Field AE roles; and build a culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and ownership.
What we’re looking for
•
5+ years of SaaS or tech sales experience, including closing, with 1-2 years leading or formally mentoring reps (team lead, senior ISR/AE, or first-time manager ready to step up)
•
A track record of coaching reps to measurable improvement in pipeline, conversion, or attainment
•
Comfort running a data-driven sales cadence in a CRM (Salesforce or similar) and using forecasting and call-intelligence tools
•
Clear, confident written and verbal communication, and the credibility to coach through live deals
•
Experience working alongside field sales or account executives
•
Nice to have: experience selling to manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance audiences
Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk’s benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com. For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it.
Belonging. We take pride in a culture where everyone can thrive. More at autodesk.com/company/global-belonging. More on where this is going: Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost on building the future of connected operations, and AOS SVP Stephen Hooper on welcoming MaintainX to Autodesk.
