Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Executive Assistant -GSC to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
•
Coordinate and monitor GSC initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, project status, and follow-up actions.
•
Support governance activities by maintaining project documentation, preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and monitoring risks and dependencies.
•
Facilitate cross-functional communication by coordinating with stakeholders, following up on action items, and resolving routine dependencies.
•
Support continuous improvement initiatives through change management coordination, resource tracking, and maintaining accurate project records and dashboards.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree required; business administration or related field preferred.
•
5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-type role supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in a multinational, regulated, or manufacturing environment.
•
Experience supporting a role with multi-country or regional scope strongly preferred.
•
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort working with Power Automate/Approvals workflows a plus.
•
Fluent English required; Arabic and English, and/or French a strong advantage given the EMEA footprint.
