Qualifications
BS/BA degree in human resources, business, social science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Eight years of experience in human resources and/or finance as an analyst, recruiter, specialist, or generalist with at least three years compensation or total rewards analysis experience.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with management staff
Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes.
Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications; Workday a plus
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills including the development of complex spreadsheets and presentations, and experience preparing, documenting and presenting narrative reports and statistical analyses
Thorough knowledge of FLSA, DOL, ADA, EEO, and other regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation and employment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

License/Certification/Registration Requirements
Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
