About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll work on innovative solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce, turning business requirements into scalable and high-quality products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, solving business challenges, and exploring the latest Salesforce technologies.

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
•
Build and enhance solutions in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
•
Develop AI-powered experiences using Einstein and Agentforce.
•
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate requirements into technical solutions.
•
Configure Salesforce features including workflows, page layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and custom settings.
•
Support existing Salesforce applications and drive continuous improvements.
•
Ensure coding best practices, system performance, and data quality.
•
Contribute to integrations with external systems.

Required Experience
•
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
•
Strong hands-on experience with: Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC); Lightning Components; and Visualforce
•
Experience with: Service Cloud; Experience Cloud (Community Cloud); Einstein AI; and Agentforce
•
Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
•
Experience configuring Salesforce features and customizations.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
