Responsibilities
•
Drive Process Excellence:
•
Standardize and optimize processes through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•
Conduct business analysis and create Business Requirements Documents for process automation.
•
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business excellence.
•
Lead Improvement Initiatives:
•
Lead and implement process improvement projects across the organization.
•
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.
•
Measure and Track Success:
•
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
•
Identify and implement cost optimization and saving opportunities**.**
•
Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
•
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications:
•
From 2 to 5 years of experience in a Business Excellence, Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or related role.
•
Proven track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
