You’ve Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.”
About the role
You didn’t get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that’s the job. You’ll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won’t be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next.

THE WORK:
•
You’ll develop, coordinate, promote, and implement the client’s customer service goals and objectives.
•
You’ll provide proactive customer assistance and advocacy regarding utility billing issues.
•
You’ll serve as the client’s spokesperson with the media and community groups, including schools, civic organizations, and homeowners associations.
•
You’ll participate in community outreach programs and represent the client before governmental entities, including at city and county commission meetings.
•
You’ll serve as a resource for builders and developers regarding connections within the client’s service areas.
•
You’ll produce and coordinate publications, brochures, newsletters, videos, web information, and other public-information materials.
•
You’ll develop strategies to encourage public involvement and advise program and project managers on ways to enhance community relations.
•
You’ll prepare and present written and verbal communications for public officials, community groups, customers, and other audiences.
•
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
•
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
•
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Business, Planning and Community Development, or a related field
•
At least five years of hands-on experience in customer or public assistance work
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
•
Experience resolving complex customer or public-assistance issues through a team-based approach
•
Experience presenting to elected officials, civic organizations, or neighborhood groups
•
Experience coordinating customer-service matters with public officials and members of the public
•
Experience designing or managing public-involvement programs, media relations activities, or promotional materials
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
•
The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it’s complex and it matters, it’s on our list.
•
You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
•
AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You’ll use it, and you’ll help shape it.
•
Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
•
Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
•
Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That’s the point.
•
Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR’s 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction’s Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
