About the role
Job Purpose
Managing the relationship of various GEGM business channels stakeholders and ensuring alignment with O&T business operations. Role as Go-To-Person, liaison between Business Solutioning department, Group IT and various internal LOB stakeholders on all system/application related matters. Manage and implement major/minor change request (RSA) enhancement for all system and application related to GEGM. Solution Design & Delivery Responsible for driving evaluation, selection, design and delivery of reliable, scalable & cost effective solutions in line with company’s standard and best practices.

Requirements
· Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any other related disciplines
· At least 5 years working experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Management capacity.
