About this role
The Team:
The Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is a forward-looking, globally connected team at the center of the firm’s most high-impact priorities. We are architects of growth, working across functions and markets to unlock opportunities and accelerate outcomes for the business. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, we design the conditions for success—delivering next-generation campaigns, brand platforms, communications, training, and client experiences. Our work is powered by world-class centers of excellence spanning content strategy, research & analytics, and digital platforms & experiences.
Within Global Marketing & Digital Wealth, the Global Digital team owns and transforms BlackRock’s client-facing digital properties—including BlackRock.com, iShares.com, and Advisor Center—as well as our email marketing channels. The team brings together product, design, engineering, and digital expertise to create connected, personalized experiences that help clients discover, understand, and engage with BlackRock.
Role and Impact:
As more clients hold iShares and engage with BlackRock digitally, the quality of our client experiences matters more than ever. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our global Digital Experiences team and help ensure that the experiences we build—guiding users through the purchase funnel, personalizing to their needs, and encouraging ongoing engagement—are reliable, accurate, and release-ready.
The successful candidate will own quality across the delivery lifecycle, from test planning and preparation through execution, automation, and CI/CD integration. They will bring a development-minded approach to testing and help evolve our QA practice toward an AI-assisted model that increases coverage and speed while reducing manual effort.
