About the role
About This Role We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to be able to work remotely/independently and support our Colorado operations. This is a full-time field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.
Responsibilities:
•
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
•
Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.
•
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
•
Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
•
Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
•
Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.
•
Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
•
Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.
What You’ll Bring:
