• Degree plus 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of laboratory products, applications, and workflows
• Experience in product management, technical sales, or commercial marketing.
• Strong customer engagement and market-development skills.
• Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, competitors, and go-to-market planning.
• Experience supporting pipeline development, revenue planning, forecasting, pricing, or opportunity conversion.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience with demonstrations, training, tenders, or industry events.
• Experience using Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with country sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
