The team works across product, technology, operations, and support to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions across existing monolithic platform infrastructure and modernized API-driven and batch-enabled capabilities.

The Manager, Platform Solution Development leads the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of business analysis and solution design capabilities across the shared insurance platform. This role is accountable for ensuring business needs are clearly translated into high-quality, scalable solutions that support platform modernization, operational enablement, accuracy, traceability, and continuity.
You will help establish Platform Solution Development as a core organizational capability by driving consistent requirements practices, clear ownership of solution design, and effective collaboration across teams. This role includes responsibility for recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of a team of Business Analysts, while informally leading cross-functional contributors across product, technology, operations, and support.
This role is based in Alpharetta, GA, with an expectation of three days per week in office.
Success in this role requires a proven people leader who can build and develop high-performing Business Analyst teams, communicate with clarity and influence across business and technology stakeholders, and deliver scalable enterprise platform solutions through strong business process, solution design, API, integration, and modern platform architecture expertise.
