About the role
Playtech‘s IMS unit is looking for a motivated Software Engineer with excellent technical and communication skills.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will…

Develop software solutions and introduce new technologies within IMS
•
Design, build, test, and debug reliable, high-quality software
•
Work with external parties and integrate many separate systems via API-s
•
Contribute to a strong automated testing culture and ensure code quality
•
Create and maintain development documentation while helping improve team processes
•
Collaborate actively with your team, participate in retrospectives, and take ownership of your work
Qualifications

Have 1+ years of experience with Java in a professional environment

IMS RISK & PAYMENTS TEAM
We are a core part of Playtech’s ecosystem, responsible for transferring a huge volume of money in and out of Playtech’s systems. We do it by integrating with external providers, banks, and payment gateways. As financial operations are strictly regulated, we also get to build a system that does the work of cyberdetectives - detecting and blocking fraudulent actions, preventing money laundering, detecting stolen or misused credit cards, and so on.
All of the above is managed by development, QA, and Ops engineers who work closely together as a well-oiled machine of highly skilled professionals.
