About the company
Hi, I’m Rosa, Head of Brand at FeedbackFruits. 👋
About the role
As FeedbackFruits evolves, so does the role design plays in how we build and communicate our brand. Campaigns and marketing materials will always be part of the picture, but we’re putting a much bigger focus on our website, our digital experiences and the brand systems that help us do better work, more consistently.
I’m looking for a brand designer with a strong B2B marketing background, someone who combines excellent visual craft with real, hands-on website experience. You’ll help evolve our visual identity, develop creative concepts for campaigns and launches, and bring that work to life on our website and landing pages, from the first layout to the moment a page goes live.
The first project you’d pick up with me is one I’m particularly excited about: evolving our brand so it sits closer to the new visual language of our product. After that, you’ll take ownership of our website and landing pages, shaping the direction together with me while owning the design and execution, and you’ll make sure our brand shows up consistently wherever people come across us, from a launch campaign to an ebook.
Beyond the design itself, I’m looking for someone who takes real ownership: someone who asks the right questions before jumping into a brief, spots what could be better and isn’t afraid to challenge the obvious solution. We also use AI a lot at FeedbackFruits, and I’d love you to bring that same mindset to design, building templates and systems that help the whole team create on-brand work without starting from scratch every time. You’ll have a real say in our creative direction, and as the team grows, there’s room for you to grow with it.
What you’ll do:
•
Evolve our brand identity and translate it into a distinctive, coherent visual language across our website, campaigns and marketing materials
•
Design and improve our marketing website and landing pages, from early concepts and layouts to responsive designs, and build and maintain pages yourself
•
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches, and carry them through to ads, social, ebooks, brochures, presentations and event materials
•
Create hero and product visuals that make a complex product clear and compelling
•
Make our website clearer, more engaging and easier to navigate, with an eye on accessibility and conversion
•
Build reusable components, templates and guidelines so colleagues can create on-brand materials themselves
•
Bring structure to how design work gets requested, briefed, reviewed and delivered, and find ways for AI and automation to take repetitive work off the team’s plate
•
Brief and work with external specialists in development, motion, video or illustration when a project needs extra expertise
What you bring:
•
You have around 3–5 years of experience as a brand or marketing designer, ideally at a B2B tech or SaaS company, or at an agency working with B2B clients
•
Your portfolio shows real breadth in B2B marketing design: landing pages, ads, brochures, ebooks, hero visuals and product visuals. You know how to make a complex product easy to understand and good to look at
•
Website work is a regular part of your job, not an occasional task. You’ve designed and built marketing pages yourself and can explain what you owned. You work in Webflow, our platform, or in something comparable like Framer and are happy to switch
•
You think in concepts, not just layouts, and you have a strong eye for typography, composition and hierarchy
•
You can take a project from a fuzzy brief to delivery without someone managing it for you, and you keep a clear head about priorities when several people need something from you at once
•
You understand what design needs to do for marketing, and you can explain your choices to non-designers in a way that brings them along
•
You look for ways to work smarter, whether that’s a template, a component or an AI workflow that saves the team hours
•
You’re confident in Figma and communicate well in English
•
You live within commuting distance of Amsterdam and are available 38 hours per week, with at least 2 days a week from our Amsterdam office
What you get:
•
25 paid holidays per year
•
Hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite)
•
A day off for your birthday
•
Advantageous pension scheme
•
3 days of volunteering leave per year
•
€550 Learning & Development budget per year + 3 days paid leave for learning
•
Travel allowance and Swapfiets subscription
•
Free access to our office gym
•
Unlimited access to mental health support via OpenUp
