Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users all around the world. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a talented Compliance Manager to join our compliance team.
About the role
As a Compliance Manager, you will play an integral part in our Compliance team and help ensure our games and operations meet regulatory requirements, platform policies, and industry standards across the markets we operate in. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will support day-to-day compliance monitoring, help turn fast-moving regulation into practical guidance for product and operational teams, and work with colleagues across the company to surface and reduce risk early.
Responsibilities
•
Monitor global requirements and regulations relevant to mobile gaming, including consumer protection, advertising and marketing rules, platform guidelines, payments regulations and more, and flag developments that may affect our practice.
•
Translate regulatory guidance into practical input for Product, Monetization, Marketing and Player Support, including pre-launch review of features, offers, content and creatives.
•
Help maintain compliance policies, playbooks, trackers and training materials, keeping documentation audit-ready.
•
Coordinate with outside counsel and external advisors under the guidance of the Head of Compliance.
•
Prepare compliance reporting for the team and for leadership.
Requirements
•
At least 3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory at a global company.
•
