The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Lead for EMEA to own regional marketing end to end, from the content and collateral that support our go-to-market teams, to the events and campaigns that engage customers and prospects, to the analytics that tell us what is working.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a customer case study, running a general counsel roundtable in London, and reporting on pipeline contribution to leadership.
You will work closely with EMEA sales leadership and the global marketing team, adapting global messaging for regional audiences and building the marketing engine that supports our growth across Europe.
Responsibilities:
•
GTM Enablement & Collateral: Partner with EMEA sales to build the materials that move deals - pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, customer stories, battlecards and RFP content - and keep them current as the product and market evolve.
•
Events & Field Marketing: Own the EMEA event calendar end to end: general counsel roundtables, industry conferences, customer dinners, webinars and executive briefings. Handle everything from venue, agenda and speakers through to invitations, on-site delivery and follow-up.

Integrated Campaigns: Plan and run multi-channel campaigns against priority EMEA accounts and industries, localising global messaging so it lands with legal leaders across the UK, Ireland, DACH, the Nordics and beyond.

Audience Building: Develop and execute social media strategies (especially on LinkedIn) to grow and engage our audience.
•
Drive Thought Leadership: Create and curate content that positions the company and its spokespersons as authoritative leaders in the industry, fostering trust and credibility with key audiences.
•
Scale with AI: Leverage models and agents thoughtfully in order to scale our ability to generate content and reach our audience.
•
Engagement & Conversion: Build a strategy to engage and nurture our audience, converting interest into meetings, opportunities and long-term relationships with EMEA target accounts.
•
Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Own the numbers. Track campaign, event and channel performance, build clear reporting on what is working, and share regular insight with EMEA and global leadership to guide where we invest next.

Revenue and Pipeline Accountability: Tie all audience marketing strategies to tangible business outcomes, ensuring they contribute to pipeline growth, account penetration, and revenue from key target accounts.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand in hand with the global marketing, product marketing and demand generation teams to stay aligned on brand and narrative, while bringing the regional perspective back into global plans.
•
PR & Communications: Support EMEA communications activity, including media opportunities, announcements, executive communications and regional storytelling, working closely with global communications and external partners where appropriate.
Qualifications:
•
5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS or professional services, with exposure to EMEA markets.
•
Deep understanding of modern social media marketing tactics, particularly on LinkedIn.
•
Experience building audiences and driving measurable business outcomes.
•
Proven track record running events - from intimate executive roundtables to conference presence - and owning them end to end.
•
Strong writer and editor, able to produce sales collateral, case studies and campaigns
•
Comfortable with marketing analytics
•
Commercially minded, with a habit of tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, moves quickly, and is comfortable with the nature of a scaling company.
