Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional service to our clientele by enhance customer satisfaction,
experience and productivity.
• Perform job duties within the scope of practice under your issued licenses.
• Work closely with the midlevel providers as needed for client care.
• Train peers and new hires, to ensure Company standards with relation
to experience, credentials, service and culture are met.
• Maintain strict medical protocols for all laser services, regarding state regulation,
HIPAA and all other regulatory compliance programs that are set for by the

• Maintain a professional neat appearance individually and adheres to approved dress
code so ensure upscale atmosphere of the med spa.
• Perform aesthetic services that are not limited to but include; HydraFacial, dermaplanning, facials and chemical peels.
• Provide a client centered customized plan to meet their skin care needs through
performing services, selling products and treatments.
• Perform full aesthetic consultations to meet all client’s aesthetic short/long term
goals.
• Maintain an elite, clean and organized work/treatment areas throughout the
location.
• Assist with unpacking and storing orders acquired within locations appropriately and
timely.
• Assist with maintaining an appropriate inventory by communicating to management
of inventory needs and inventory counts.
• Ensure charting is accurately, timely, and completely performed to best depict all
client appointments and experiences.
• Attend continuing education as requested by Clinical Management to excel in
various skillsets.
• Attend and provide input at all team meetings organized by your direct supervisor
and clinical management.
• Ensure that client concerns or issues are reviewed, resolved and communicated in a
timely manner to the Aesthetic Sales Manager and our Corporate Nurse Practitioner.
• Self-promote and engage and in all Company owned social media platforms created
and with assistance of the Marketing department.
