Senior Regional Marketing Manager – New England
Location: Boston Area - you must be local to the area
Salary: $90,000–$115,000
Travel: 10–20% throughout New England
About the Role
Sila Services is looking for an experienced Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our New England businesses.
This is a hands-on regional role for someone who understands how marketing works in residential home services. You know how to generate calls and leads, understand seasonality, track conversion and ROAS, manage marketing spend, and quickly adjust when a campaign or location isn’t performing.
You’ll work closely with our Regional VP, General Managers, and Marketing team to develop strategies that drive growth across multiple HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical brands throughout New England.
We’re looking for someone who can look at the numbers, understand what they’re telling us, and turn that information into action.
What You’ll Do
•
Own the marketing strategy and execution for multiple brands across the New England region
•
Partner closely with General Managers and the Regional VP to understand each business, local market, and growth goals
•
Develop lead-generation strategies that drive calls, booked appointments, and revenue
•
Manage regional and brand-level marketing budgets and make sure dollars are being invested where they will have the greatest impact
•
Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels including SEO/SEM, websites, social media, email, radio, TV, print and outdoor
•
Use ServiceTitan and other reporting tools to track leads, booked calls, conversion, revenue, and marketing performance
•
Monitor ROAS and quickly identify what is working, what isn’t, and where dollars should be shifted
•
Lead monthly and quarterly marketing KPI and scorecard reviews with business and regional leadership
•
Identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities across individual businesses and the overall region
•
Develop marketing plans for underperforming locations, including targeted campaigns, outbound calling, promotions, offers and pricing strategies
•
Lead regional initiatives around memberships, customer retention, cross-selling, and other growth opportunities
•
Lead and support regional Marketing Manager(s)
•
Manage relationships and performance with outside marketing agencies and partners
•
Support newly acquired businesses as they transition into Sila’s marketing structure and best practices
•
Partner with the broader Marketing team on websites, content, social media, creative, advertising, offers, messaging, and lead nurturing
•
Travel throughout the New England region approximately 10–20% of the time
What We’re Looking For
•
5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable revenue growth
•
Marketing experience within residential home services – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or a closely related in-home service business
•
Hands-on ServiceTitan experience
•
Strong understanding of how marketing activity translates into calls, booked appointments, conversion, and revenue
•
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring performance and ROAS
•
Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
•
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into recommendations and action
•
Experience partnering directly with General Managers, operations leaders, and other business leaders
•
Ability to manage multiple brands, markets, and priorities at the same time
•
Strong project management and organizational skills
•
Excellent communication and presentation skills
•
Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
A Few Important Things Before You Apply
This is not a general marketing position. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in residential home services and understands the connection between marketing spend, inbound leads, booked calls, conversion, and revenue.
ServiceTitan experience is required.
This position is based in the Boston area and will travel approximately 10–20% to our businesses throughout New England.
