About the role
As a Lead Software Engineer reporting to the AVP - Software Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering technology solutions that power Nasdaq’s platforms and support clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end technology solutions — including systems strategy, integration services, and custom application development — for internal and external clients.

Lead the full development lifecycle: from architecture and coding through testing, customization, and deployment to meet client requirements.

Drive new technology product ideas and strategic product extensions, establishing specifications and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation.
•
Partner with infrastructure, network, and systems architects to prepare detailed technical specifications that support scalable, secure solutions.
•
Provide technology consulting expertise across areas such as information security, data strategy, systems architecture, and application integration.
