About the role
If you are looking to grow in an enriching career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking an experienced professionalto join our IT team as an Associate, ID Management.
The Role:
•
Ensure the smooth running of IT services by enabling users to access IT systems
•
Support system and application user ID requisition for new ID, password reset, change profile and deletion of user’s ID in all production and UAT environment
•
Responsible for the implementation and continuous enhancement of security guidelines and procedures
•
Perform duties in compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices
•
Maintain and update user ID database for all systems/application
•
Produce monthly report on user ID requisition type
•
Perform periodic review of ID/access confirmation exercise
•
Plan, conduct and oversee audit, compliance or risk management activities or reviews
The Person:
•
Possess a Degree in any IT field
•
Has 1-2 years of working experience
•
Good communication and interpersonal skills
•
Independent and proactive
•
