Summary:
Responsibilities
Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.
Benefits
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm - Monday - Friday - on call as needed
Requirements
*******Looking for a maintenance technician with an extensive background and carpentry and plumbing, and basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC. Minimum two years of experience required in an applicable field to be considered for employment
Responsibilities:
•
Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
•
Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
•
Handle and/or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
•
Respond to off-hours facility emergencies. Participate in risk management at a corporate level.
•
Maintain compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
•
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
•
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•
Required experience in Carpentry and Plumbing - Knowing the basics around Electrical, General Building Maintenance, and HVAC Maintenance is fine.
•
Valid Driver’s License required. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
•
Effective time management skills.
