About the Role
About the role
The Senior IT Technologist, Endpoint Management is responsible for the administration, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms supporting Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices. This role serves as a senior technical resource within the Endpoint Management team and partners closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, and Managed Service Providers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint services.
This position reports to the Leader, Endpoint Management.
Endpoint Management Platforms
Responsibilities
•
Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Jamf Pro.
•
Manage endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
•
Support Windows Autopilot, co-management, Windows Update for Business, Windows Hello, and Conditional Access.
•
Manage mobile devices through Intune MDM and MAM capabilities.
•
Administer Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Apps and Books programs.
•
Support Android Enterprise device management.
Automation and Engineering
•
Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate endpoint management activities.
•
Utilize Microsoft Graph API and Jamf API to improve operational efficiency.
•
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
•
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, security, and user experience.
Operations and Support
•
Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for endpoint technologies.
•
Partner with Managed Service Providers to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
•
Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to implement endpoint security and compliance controls.
•
Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.

•
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms.
•
Experience with Microsoft Intune, including:
•
Autopilot
•
Co-management
•
Configuration Profiles
•
Compliance Policies
•
Remediation Scripts
•
Conditional Access
•
Application Deployment
•
Windows Update for Business
•
Windows Hello
•
Microsoft Graph API
•
Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including:
•
Site infrastructure
•
Collections
•
Maintenance Windows
•
Software Deployment
•
Experience managing mobile devices using Intune MDM and MAM.
•
Experience administering Jamf Pro, including:
•
PreStage Enrollment
•
Jamf Connect
•
Self Service+
•
Application Deployment

Configuration Profiles

Policies
•
Jamf API
•
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS devices.
•
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
•
Experience writing PowerShell and Bash scripts.
•
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related networking technologies.
•
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to work effectively both independently and within global, distributed teams.

Experience working within regulated environments.

Experience supporting large global enterprises.
•
Familiarity with ITIL processes and endpoint security best practices.
