What You’ll Be Doing
About the role
Job Scope: Support the Construction Group and Maintenance Partners by generating reports from the ATLIS Estimating Software, Primavera P6 Software and consolidating this information in Power BI. Monitor maintenance compliance, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to manage resources and schedule constraints. Assist in preparing presentations on cost control topics, incorporating visual aids such as graphs, charts, and tables. Maintain tracking systems to monitor progress against expectations for various key performance indicators (KPI). Highly proficient in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•
Generate reports from ATLIS Software and SAP consolidating information in PowerBI
•
Monitor maintenance compliance, identify potential issues, and provide suggestions to manage resources and schedule constraints
•
Prepare reports on cost control topics, incorporating visual aids such as graphs, charts, and tables
•
Maintain tracking systems to monitor progress against expectations for various key performance indicators (KPI)
•
Maintain central maintenance metrics and graphics, and ensure compliance through SAP and PowerBI reporting
•
Create graphics/slicers for maintenance field change orders (FCO)
•
Conduct internal (BASF) and external Site contractor) process investigation so Perform scope reconciliation review
•
Investigate SAP work order schedule dispatch compliance
•
Engage in process discussions and improvements
•
Support Central Craft Dispatch response tool and attend related meetings
•
Assist with BASF Cost Control reporting• Implementation and improvement of processes and reporting
Ideal Background
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is highly preferred.
Certification: No certification is required for this position.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
