Mela Therapeutics is dedicated to providing the highest level of massage, bodywork, and Greg Roskopf’s Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT). Mela is the industry leader in professionalism, the continued education of therapists, and in the development of sessions based on the customer’s needs. Mela is one part of a multi-disciplinary approach to health, wellness, and optimal athletic performance. As the Directors of the Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy department in the Bommarito Medical System, they coordinate with other experts that aid all clients in achieving their goals. The in-depth assessments and individualized treatments offered has transformed the entire Mela system to be THE preferred provider for many professional athletes, collegiate teams, and business professionals.
Job Description
•
Responsible for delivering training sessions to youth, high school and team training clients
•
To plan and deliver semi-private and private sessions that engages the athlete and moves them positively toward their desired goals.
•
Schedule and weekly hours dependent on facility workflow
•
Must be available to work until 9:00pm or until closing and some weekends
•
Maintain high standards of business ethics.
•
Conduct semi-private and private session according to BPS standards.
•
Assist in multiple business and training specific operational functions.
•
Complete all mandatory on-going training education sessions.
•
Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops.
