What You’ll Be Doing (why this role is interesting)
**If you’re working on selecting new markets:**You are the person we drop into a country and trust to come back with an answer. That means owning the full due diligence process: competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnership opportunities. You’ll meet with the people who know the market: potential pharmacy partners, pharma companies, advisors, industry experts and you’ll synthesise everything into an investment thesis that gives leadership what they need to go/no-go decision.
If you’re working on launching a new market: You are the end-to-end owner of a market launch - from the first local hire to the first patient acquired. You’ll navigate systems, tools, and regulatory environments that nobody has mapped for you yet. You’ll build the local team, sign the first pharmacy partner, and keep every workstream moving through rigorous project management and execute every workstream to a world-class standard.
If you’re working on scaling a launched market: You own the P&L. You run experiments to improve the funnel, make data-driven bets, and build the systems that let your team do the same. You’ll hire and develop local talent, hold them accountable to OKRs, and identify the next opportunity to win in that market.
