About the Role
We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our technology team. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain data integrations between enterprise systems, e-commerce platforms, and external business partners. You’ll work hands-on with Linux environments, Java, and scripting to ensure reliable and secure data flow that powers our customers’ operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Support Integrations
•
Configure and manage subscriptions, jobs, and properties in our integration platform.
•
Develop and maintain data transformations (CSV, XML, EDI, JSON) and file-based data exchanges.
•
Connect internal and external systems using protocols such as HTTP, FTP/SFTP, and AS2.
Automate & Maintain Systems
•
Write and maintain Bash scripts and cron jobs to automate tasks and streamline operations.
•
Perform routine server maintenance, including SSL renewals, API token refreshes, and file cleanup.
•
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.
Ensure Quality & Security
•
Investigate and resolve integration issues quickly to minimize downtime.
•
Maintain compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
•
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
