What Will You Do? 🚀
Plan Demand & Supply: Independently plan quantities for regular sales, promotions, seasonal peaks, and campaigns in alignment with the Demand Planning team.
Optimize Replenishment: Define and improve ordering parameters (safety stock, order cycles, MOQ, lead time).
Ensure Product Availability: Manage the end-to-end process—from order planning to store delivery—while balancing availability and working capital.
Monitor & Validate Orders: Oversee ordering processes and validate orders from stores and headquarters.
Manage Stock Health: Actively manage overstock, out-of-stock situations, slow-moving, and aging inventory through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Drive Logistics Efficiency: Optimize ordering (full pallet, full truck) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify & Mitigate Risks: Recognize supply chain risks and propose alternative solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to improve performance.
Analyze & Improve Performance: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
