Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, masking, cleaning
Mix and apply marine paints, primers, and coatings using spray equipment.
Operate spray guns, compressors, and related painting tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure paint thickness and finish meet quality and manufacturer standards.
Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and repainting as required.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete jobs on schedule.
