Your Position:
Major Duties
•
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents,databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
•
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
•
Use data management systems to access specific information as and when require
•
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
•
Support others by performing a range of facilities management activities.
Required
•
Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
•
English communication
What Skill You Need
•
Order fulfillment or master planning experience_3 years or above SAP PP module _ basic transactions are required
•
Good writing and speaking in English.
