The Role
The Head of Product will lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, owning the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with company goals. This full-time, on-site role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams to define requirements, deliver high-quality features, and launch new products.
What You’ll Do

Conducting market and customer research, analyzing usage and performance data, defining and refining product positioning, and managing the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.

Establish product management processes, mentor and grow the product team, and ensure that feedback from customers and stakeholders is systematically incorporated into the product.

This role requires comfort with ambiguity, hands-on execution, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
You
•
Ability to define and drive Product Strategy and Product Management activities, including roadmap ownership and lifecycle management.
•
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, understand customer needs, and size opportunities.
•
Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and clear documentation of product decisions.
•
Proven experience leading product teams in a startup or high-growth environment, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
•
Demonstrated success launching and iterating digital products, with familiarity in agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
•
Comfortable working on-site, partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
•
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
•
Experience in early-stage or stealth startups, and a track record of building zero-to-one products is highly beneficial.
