Professional Certifications related to inspection of building safety, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems.
•
Demonstrated ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings.

Demonstrate ability to inspect and evaluate existing buildings against codes and standards requirements.
•
Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
