Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping a property in great shape? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vista Verde, a 252-unit affordable and workforce housing community in Breckenridge, CO. From completing repairs and responding to service requests to helping maintain the property’s overall condition, you’ll play an important role in ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable place to call home!
What You’ll Do
•
Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
•
Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup or snow removal.
•
Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
•
Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
•
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
•
Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
•
Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
•
Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You’ll Bring
